Flood Damage!

During Hurricane Harvey, this home in Cypress had 4 inches of standing water. 

The cause of loss was rising flood water from nearby creek. Affected material was the wood flooring, drywall, baseboards, cabinets, doors, door trim, tile, framing studs and concrete slab.

The homeowner removed all wet carpet and pad as soon as he could to decrease the risk of mold growth.

We placed 35 air movers and 6 dehumidifier. There was still high reading when detecting moisture in the cabinets so we drilled some holes to help with the air flow until our Build Back department was able to get out there to re build. 

When we finished the job, the homeowner was thrilled with the job our guys did!!
