Flood Water Damage

In Bellaire, this two story home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey back in August. Every room downstairs was affected by the flood water as well as majority of their furniture. 

We had to demo out all the wet materials which included the sheet rock from the walls, insulation, baseboard, quarter around, hardwood floor, hardwood tile floor, carpet, pad, toe kick, and tack strip. 

After all the wet materials were taken out of the home, we then placed air scrubbers and dehumidifiers to start drying out the home.

The next day, they saw good progress with the drying process besides in the office, which is pictured. The gauges were still reading high moisture so our guys drilled some holes in walls and added more equipment. 

Four days after we started the mitigation, everything was all dried and back to preloss condition.
