Pipe Leak

In Conroe, the cause of loss is believed to be a pipe leak in the attic which could possibly be due to squirrel activity. 

The ceiling collapsed in the guest bathroom(pictured), above the sink and vanity. The water also affected the guest bedroom and closet, game room, and the garage. There was also some standing water, but only in the carpeted areas. 

First, we removed all of the affected carpet and tile, as well as the affected Sheetrock and baseboards. After all the affected materials were removed, we then placed 28 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers. 

After the water mitigation process was done, our Build Back department went out to Conroe and repaired everything we tore out.
