Daycare Water Damage

In Spring, this Daycare had a busted pipe in the ceiling which caused water damage to 5 rooms,the play room, baby room, changing station, hall 1&2, toddler room, and bathroom. 

Materials affected are drywall, framing studs, insulation, commercial grade carpet, baseboards, wood paneling, vinyl flooring toe kicks, concrete and laminate flooring. We removed all affected commercial grade carpet throughout areas, baseboards, removed wood paneling off of affected walls in the toddler room, baby room and hall. We placed 29 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms.
