In Magnolia, a chimney caught on fire and affected three bedrooms upstairs and the living room downstairs directly while smoke and soot affected the entire house. 

The pictures show the fireplace after the fire and during the build back process after the mitigation took place.

There was major water damage from the fire department so we had to do a water mitigation along with the fire mitigation. The drywall, insulation, and flooring all had to be removed from the affected areas so we were able to start the cleaning and repairing process.
