Water Damage from Fire

These before and after photos are from a water damage in Houston. The cause of loss is due to a fire in an apartment unit which set off the sprinkler system and got about four inches of water on the third floor. The water affected about nine of the apartments units, the lobbies, and hallways.

The pictures shown are from the third floor lobby which had four inches of standing water.  First, we had to pull up the carpet so we could start the cleaning and drying process. 

The apartment complex manager was really happy with the outstanding work we did!
