Mold Remediation

Check out these before and during photos of a master bathroom from a mold remediation that we are currently working on in Spring. The loss originated as a roof leak over the couple of years which created the mold. The master bedroom, master bathroom, and the master closet were the affected room. The materials that were affected in the bathroom are the baseboards, drywall, insulation, framing, cabinets, tile, and the trim.

First, to start the mitigation process we contained the doorways and also put plastic containment to protect the marble floor. Three air scrubbers were placed in the bathroom to clean out the negative air and replace with fresh air. 

After everything in the bathroom was secured, we started the demolition and cleaning.
